Does matching cost anything?

Browsing and matching is free for parents and students. A placement fee applies once a match is confirmed — always stated upfront.

What must tutors submit?

Credential documents (multiple allowed) and one clear photo of your face. Every application is reviewed by hand.

When do we see each other's contact details?

To protect both sides, contacts are exchanged only after a match is confirmed.

How is pricing shown?

Tutors set an hourly rate and lesson length for each of the four level groups, so you can compare like for like.

Can I edit my details?

Yes. Log in and update your case or tutor profile in My space at any time.
